Offer description

We're looking for a passionate, creative and driven Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our Global Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who lives and breathes social media, loves engaging with online communities, and is excited by the worlds of beauty, skincare and PR.

You'll play a hands-on role managing our social channels, nurturing our community, and supporting PR initiatives that build brand awareness and credibility.

This is a full time role based in our Global Hub in Gladesville with parking available on site.


Key Responsibilities


Social Media & Community Management (60%)

* Own and manage Ultraceuticals' social channels, responding to the community across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
* Create engaging content including captions, reels, stories, and other visual assets aligned to brand tone of voice.
* Schedule and publish content across all social media channels in line with the content calendar.
* Monitor social performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to inform marketing and product decisions.
* Grow and nurture our online community, acting as the voice of the brand internally and externally.


Content Creation (30%)

* Produce creative, high-quality content in-house and collaborate with external creators as needed.
* Support campaigns and activations with compelling visual and written assets.
* Maintain consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints.


PR & Event Assistance (10%)

* Assist with PR initiatives including media outreach, product seeding, and sample dispatch.
* Support the Community, PR & Partnerships Manager in small-scale events, launches, and influencer collaborations.
* Track and report on media coverage and PR performance.


About You

You're proactive, organised and genuinely excited about social media, PR and brand building. You're comfortable being hands‑on, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and are eager to learn and grow.


You'll bring:

* 1–3 years' experience in social media, PR or marketing (agency or in-house)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
* A can‑do attitude with initiative and follow‑through
* Confidence building relationships internally and externally
* A genuine interest in skincare, beauty or wellbeing (highly desirable)
