Permanent Full Time An exciting opportunity exists to join UOW Global Enterprises (UOWGE) in the role of PPC Officer. This position is responsible for providing high-quality and efficient service to enable the delivery of Payroll and People & Culture functions across UOWGE operations.
The position is responsible for providing quality and customer-focused Payroll and People & Culture administration services. The PPC Officer will be the first point of contact for all UOWGE and UOWCA staff regarding:
Employee details in Payroll and People & Culture systems Payroll administration Time and attendance Leave and employment related information Flexible Contract Reconciliations Ad-hoc process improvement Other People and Culture administration The PPC Officer will support the Payroll Manager in all aspects of payroll administration tasks for any of the overseas institutions in the UOWGE Group.

Selection Criteria Experience in Payroll and People & Culture administration Demonstrated experience in end-to-end payroll processing Experience with HRIS is essential Experience in interpreting and providing advice on Legislation (Awards, Industrial legislation), Company policies and procedures High-level communication (written, oral) and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to interact with all levels, particularly within the organisation Demonstrated ability to work in an environment requiring the strictest of confidence Ability to work to strict deadlines in a small multi-disciplinary team Ability to identify and implement process improvements and strategies in day-to-day activities Experience in iChris or Oracle system is desirable but not required Personal Attributes: Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality at all times Has integrity and operates with transparency Proactive, positive, resilient and adaptable to change Certified proof of right to work in Australia Special Job Requirements: May be required to work outside of standard business hours For more details on this position, including a job description or to apply, please visit our UOW Global Enterprises careers portal or contact our recruitment team on 0242 394 119.
