What you'll bring to the role:
We're looking for someone who can confidently lead the overall operations of the venue, with a particular emphasis on customer service, member satisfaction, and team development. Key skills and attributes include:

o The ability to coach, mentor and support staff development
o Confidence to manage and lead in a customer-facing setting

o A focus on safety and maintaining high facility standards
Essential Qualifications (or willingness to obtain):
o Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
o Current First Aid Certification (essential)
o Current CPR (within 6 weeks of start)
o Pool Lifeguard (within 4 weeks of start)
o Swim Teaching Qualification (essential)
We offer in-house training and discounted rates on required qualifications.
Some weekend work and occasional split shifts may be required as part of the role.
