Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and caring professional to support our chiropractic team as an Assistant/Office Manager. If you have experience in management or want to step into a leadership role, this is an exciting opportunity for growth and development.

About the Role

This dynamic position will involve supporting patients from arrival to departure, creating a smooth and positive visit experience. You will also lead, supervise, and collaborate with our team members, fostering a positive, caring, and efficient culture.

Key Responsibilities

* Patient Experience: Welcome and support patients, assist with forms, enquiries, and create a seamless visit.
* Team Leadership & Support: Lead, supervise, and collaborate with chiropractic assistants and associate chiropractors.
* Office & Clinic Operations: Manage scheduling, patient accounts, stock, and general office procedures.
* Human Resources: Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development.
* Administration & Reporting: Manage account systems and track key performance indicators.
