**The Opportunity**

We're seeking a passionate and motivated Research Fellow (Research Assistants are also welcome to apply) to play a key role in an impactful, cross-disciplinary project focused on improving trauma-informed recovery care for victim-survivors of family, domestic and sexual violence (FDSV). Working under the guidance of the Chief Investigator, you'll contribute to the independent evaluation of an innovative recovery care model, helping shape future policy and practice in this critical area.

In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative and high-performing team of experts from across Monash University, including the Faculty of Education's School of Educational Psychology and Counselling, the Monash School of Psychological Sciences, the Monash Gender and Family Violence Prevention Centre, and the Health Economics Group within the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.

Your contributions will span the full scope of the evaluation process—from literature reviews and stakeholder engagement, to conducting interviews and focus groups with victim-survivors and service providers, and supporting the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data. You'll also help produce reports and knowledge-sharing materials that will inform real-world improvements to recovery support systems nationwide.

This is a rare and rewarding opportunity for an early career researcher to make a meaningful difference while developing their skills in evaluation and translational research—alongside a team committed to social justice, evidence-based practice and systemic change.
