The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in fund operations within the funds management industry. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP, is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and process unit prices for the funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Perform cash reconciliation and collaborate with Business Development Managers to monitor investor cash flows.
3. Draft and issue drawdown and distribution notices to investors.
4. Process invoice payments for fund-related expenses.
5. Maintain and update the performance database for accurate performance tracking and calculations.
6. Assist in preparing regular investor reports and ESG reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in fund operations within the funds management industry.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
