We are seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our Fortitude Valley team. You're a team player with a positive, can‐do attitude. You live and breathe fashion and are the first to know about the next big trend. You can think on your feet, love a chat, and problem‐solve like a pro.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
* Lead by example in delivering genuine and exceptional customer service.
* Style customers and introduce them to new products.
* Be driven to learn more about the fashion industry and the ethos of our brand. Sustainability is a BIG part of who we are (we're a certified B Corp), and we want you to be as passionate about it as we are.
* Assist with online customer service, including fulfilling orders, click‐and‐collect, holds, and addressing inquiries.
* Contribute to visual merchandising and housekeeping standards in‐store.
* Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in retail fashion.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and team members.
* Available to work a Sunday‐to‐Thursday roster cycle.
