Loyalty Sales Consultant - Work From Home (South QLD)
Accor, a leading hospitality group, is seeking an enthusiastic, outbound phone sales consultant to promote our award‑winning Accor Plus Loyalty Membership program from home.
About the Role
- Full‑time remote position – 20 hrs per week during business hours (Mon‑Fri “9 am‑5 pm” shifts). After training, your shifts will be flexible within 9 am or 1 pm to complete the 4‑hour block.
- Paid virtual training (Wednesday 26 Nov‑Friday 10 Nov), 2 weeks, 10 am‑2 pm.
- Compensation: $28.30 per hour + Super, uncapped commission, and employee discounts.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to previous guests of Accor hotels.
- Use the Accor Plus sales methodology to discover customer needs and close sales.
- Maintain accurate call records and follow‑up actions.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong listening skills and genuine interest in understanding customer needs.
- Comfortable with virtual/remote work and adaptive to recent technology.
- Motivated to meet sales targets with uncapped commission.
- Capable of completing the required virtual training starting 26 Nov.
Requirements for Home Working
- Reliable high‑speed Wi‑Fi, desk, adjustable chair.
- Headset and laptop will be provided by Accor.
