The role: An exciting opportunity is available for passionate Registered Nurses to join our Community Nursing Team in the Adelaide metropolitan region.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to customers, work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and customer centred care.

What you'll do:
* Conduct assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and nursing interventions tailored to individual customer needs.
* Support the utmost wellbeing of customers living in their own home
* Provide nursing interventions such as wound care, medication management, continence care, and management of chronic conditions
* Observe and evaluate customer wellbeing, taking timely and appropriate actions in response to clinical changes.
* Document nursing care accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner
* Participate in on-call after hours service
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Support Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support customers
About You
You are a talented and passionate Nurse. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care.
* Demonstrate significant experience as an RN, preferably in community setting
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Intermediate computer skills
* Availability to work on call
* Available to work at least 3 days per week
You will need:
* A nursing qualification and current Registered Nurse registration with AHPRA
* To care about supporting older people to live a Good Life.
* A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
* The successful candidate will need to provide a current Flu Vaccination Statement, an up-to-date COVID vaccination statement (at least 3 doses)
* A satisfactory police clearance for working with vulnerable people that is less than 12 months old before commencement
