You will support a DST Group experimental program working with lead acid battery performance for the future submarines program. The program will include three sets of full‐size submarine cells under ongoing 24/7 testing.
You will support with safely maintaining and monitoring the ongoing lead‐acid experiment and lead‐acid experimental facility and analyse and report on the experimental outcomes.

* Australian Citizenship essential
* Tertiary qualification or vocational education and training sector accreditation in the field of electrical engineering or materials chemistry
* Demonstrated relevant battery research experience
