In this role you will have the opportunity to utilise the full marketing mix, influencing and collaborating with key cross functional teams to meet set brand growth, net sales, and brand targets. Successfully engaging with key internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, distributors, customers, and industry experts, will see you building insight and influence on brand objectives. 
- You will be responsible for ensuring brand strategy is implemented via cycle campaigns, NPD launches and brand portfolio management, identifying opportunities for innovation to improve P&L; andproduct differentiation.

- Develop annual brand plans based off Practitioner strategies which deliver a step change in brand performance and align with our distributor partners 
- Execute and manage aligned brand plan and strategies to deliver on business objective 
- Identify fresh and incisive insights that unlock opportunities for potential growth 
- Build on the current brand positioning to strengthen brand equity innovation 
- Assist with making robust, data driven and informed commercial decisions across key business levers to drive brand sales and profitability 
- Maintain brand website to ensure compliance, relevance, freshness, and up-to-date material 
- Work closely with manufacturing, procurement, and technical teams to ensure current portfolio of products remains on the market 
- Manage the Brand Marketing Expenditure budget and reporting on a monthly basis 
- Ensure brand design and behaviour across all in market materials and communication are in line with brand architecture and positioning 
**About You**: 
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (natural healthcare industry desirable) 
- Qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related discipline 
- Experience or qualification in natural health or consumer healthcare industry is desirable 
- Demonstrated project management skills, website and e-marketing materials development/implementation experience 
- Ability to innovate through fresh, original marketing strategies 
- Ability to manage complex and competing priorities with exemplary time management and organizational skills 
- Ability to work collaboratively with drive and initiative in a fast-paced environment 
- Highly developed verbal and written communication including identifying appropriate communication approaches, active listening as well as receiving feedback 
- Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management ability, both internal and external
