We are excited to invite applications for a Customer Support & Enquiry Coordinator to join our Head Office team in South Yarra.

This is a permanent full time, office based role working Monday to Friday and is ideal for someone who loves speaking with people, building relationships, and supporting families through meaningful decisions.

About the role

As the Customer Support & Enquiry Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for families enquiring about Aspire centres. You will guide families through the enquiry and enrolment journey while delivering a warm, professional, and positive experience.

Key responsibilities
* Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
* Support families through enquiries, waitlists, and enrolment steps
* Book centre tours and coordinate follow ups
* Conduct check in calls to ensure family satisfaction
* Work closely with centre teams to support occupancy
* Maintain accurate records across customer and enrolment systems
* Deliver consistently high quality customer service
About you
* Strong communication skills with confident phone manner
* Previous customer service or call centre experience
* Ability to manage high volume enquiries in a fast paced environmenti
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Strong administration and data entry skills
* Experience with childcare or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential
* A team focused mindset with a positive attitude
