Key Job Responsibilities


As an Administration Support Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional front office services to students and parents. This includes responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.


Administrative Tasks

* Provide administrative support to the Business Manager, Principal, and teaching staff.
* Manage student records using databases to generate reports and timetables.


Student Enrolment and Support

* Assist with enrolment processes for new students.
* Support students and families to understand the learning opportunities available at the college.
