We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Centre Leader to lead and manage our Child and Family Learning Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing the wellbeing of children and parents, providing access to education and health services, and ensuring the centre's success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
The Department is dedicated to supporting children, young people, and their communities, aiming to ensure every child and young person in Tasmania is known, safe, well, and learning. The child is at the center of all our efforts.
The key duties of this role include leading and managing the Centre, focusing on wellbeing, access to services, and centre performance. This includes:
* Leading and managing the Centre to provide high-quality services to children and families.
* Prioritizing the wellbeing of children and parents through effective planning and delivery of programs.
* Ensuring the Centre's success by meeting performance targets and implementing continuous improvement strategies.
