We are Seeking a motivated Maintenance Analyst to support CMMS implementation and improve maintenance planning across multiple sites.
Working hours: Friday and Monday - 38 hours per week
Location: Kwinana Beach
Start: ASAP
Hourly rate: $90 - $120 p/h + Super depending on experience
Duration: Approx 3 months
You will work closely with maintenance teams to improve asset data management, maintenance compliance, reporting, and process documentation. Your work will support the transition to structured maintenance planning, ensuring assets are maintained efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, validate, and maintain asset registers in Excel to support CMMS data accuracy.
* Develop Power BI dashboards to track maintenance compliance, performance, and KPIs.
* Review and document maintenance workflows and processes, including defect reporting, work order management, and inventory management.
* Support the planning of preventative maintenance across multiple sites, considering site access, environmental factors, materials, and staffing.
* Assist with change management initiatives as CMMS processes are embedded.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
* Experience building Power BI dashboards or reporting tools.
* Proven ability to document and map processes clearly.
* Experience with CMMS systems (MEX, Pronto, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
* Knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventative maintenance practices.
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with operational teams.
