Gaming Attendant | Dog and Parrot Tavern
Dog and Parrot Tavern is seeking an energetic and professional Gaming Attendant to join our team. We are looking for a reliable individual (18+) who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced gaming environment. To be successful, you must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications and demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming practices. A rotating roster that includes days, late nights, weekends and public holidays is required.
A Day In The Life Of a Gaming Attendant
* Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
* Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
* Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
* You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
* You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
* You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
* Be yourself - ALH is known for its people
Inherent Requirements
* This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.
