Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to territory growth.
2. Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers across trade, retail, and commercial channels.
3. Conduct regular site and showroom visits, providing technical support and product guidance.
4. Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
5. Prepare accurate quotes, pricing, and product configurations.
6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights to the broader team.
7. Ensure CRM records, call cycles, and customer information are maintained to a high standard.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to support product development, marketing, and customer service initiatives.
9. Represent the business at trade events, expos, and customer engagement activities.
