Speech Pathologist, Level 1/2 (Paediatric Focussed)
This position qualifies for a Recruitment Incentive Package up to $10,000 (pro-rata for part-time/temporary positions less than 18 months) and a recurring Annual Retention Bonus up to $10,000 (pro-rata for part-time), under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme.
This scheme recognises the key role of health workers in delivering rural and remote health services and aims to provide incentives beyond award entitlements to attract and retain staff in these areas.

What you'll be doing
* Providing quality Paediatric (0-17yo) Speech Pathology assessments and treatments, including outreach to towns.
* Delivering services face-to-face or virtually, in various settings such as health services, community health centres, schools, or homes.

How to apply

* Bachelor or postgraduate Speech Pathology degree eligible for Speech Pathology Australia membership.
* Understanding of evidence-based practice and ability to provide person-centred services, primarily paediatric but capable of adult services if needed.
* Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to professional development and sharing expertise.
* Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander clients and families.
* Knowledge of quality improvement processes.
* Effective communication skills and proficiency with relevant software.
* Valid unrestricted driver's license for NSW/Australia.
