Kingsford Lawyers' are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyers to join our dynamic team in our Queensland office located in Ashmore.

As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic and high-quality, legal services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with the room for growth and opportunities for partnership trajectory.
What you'll be doing
* Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents and agreements
* Providing expert legal guidance and support to the firm's partners and other team members
* Researching and analysing legal issues, and presenting solutions to clients
* Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
* Mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and legal professionals
* Contributing to the firm's growth and strategic initiatives
What we're looking for
* 5+ years of post-qualification experience in a prominent law firm or in-house legal team
* Extensive experience in a broad range of legal practice areas, with a strong background in either commercial or litigation
* Proven ability to provide pragmatic, high-quality, and commercially focused legal advice to clients
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor and supervise junior lawyers
* Commitment to staying up-to-date with legal developments and trends
