Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Service Manager to lead our Service department in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency. As a key leader, you will be responsible for supervising employees, addressing customer complaints, maintaining a safe work environment, promoting relationships with suppliers, and driving compliance with company standards.
You will analyze daily, monthly, and annual performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, you will review profit/loss statements to ensure expense control and proactively plan service goals.

2.
