We are EILGlobal, a company providing managed IT services in Asia Pacific and EMEA across various technologies such as desktops, servers, networks, and datacentre technologies.
Location and Duration
Location: Worsley (DIDO role)
Duration: 3–6 months (up to 5 days / week, may vary)
Scope
End‑user computing & field services support – cabling work is generally excluded from scope, however basic cabling support (patching, dressing, testing) may be required.
Key Responsibilities
* Support desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, peripherals, MS Teams / Skype.
* Troubleshoot Wintel, networking, storage, AV / VC systems.
* Onsite activities: asset audits, reboots, device swaps, environmental checks.
* 1st / 2nd line support for OS, MS Office, email, internet issues.
* Basic printer / MFD support & end‑user setup.
* Vendor coordination, escort, and incident escalation.
* Compliance with site safety, induction, and ID requirements.
* Weekend / public holiday support if required.
* Must hold valid driver's license (manual transmission).
