Your Role

Join the Dulux Acratex team as our Sunshine Coast Territory Manager. You'll represent trusted, market‐leading products and work closely with our valued customers and internal teams to grow our presence in the market.

We'll support you with full training, including CRM systems, product knowledge, and strategy. You'll be part of a high‐performing, diverse team that values collaboration, fresh ideas, and different perspectives.

This role is ideal for someone who's confident, people‐focused, and enjoys building strong relationships. You'll thrive if you're commercially savvy, data‐driven, and a great communicator.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain a structured call plan aligned with the national framework, ensuring equitable engagement across a diverse customer base
* Effectively manage customer relationships and project pipelines using CRM tools, promoting transparency and inclusive collaboration
* Drive sustainable growth across key texture coating categories by identifying opportunities within varied customer segments
* Build and nurture a strong local project pipeline, supporting a wide range of clients within your territory
* Lead and contribute to local and national promotional initiatives, fostering a culture of teamwork, inclusion, and shared success
* Build meaningful partnerships with suppliers, industry groups, and associations, valuing diverse perspectives and strengthening community connections

Skills & Experience

* Proven track record of driving growth for products or services within a sales environment
* Demonstrated experience in business development, ideally within a similar industry, is advantageous but not essential
* Confident in using CRM systems and planning tools to manage activities and performance
* Commercially minded with a proactive, solution‐focused approach to achieving business outcomes
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse stakeholders
