About Us
The Body Shop is a pioneering cruelty-free beauty brand, founded by Anita Roddick in 1976. We're committed to generating positive economic, social and environmental impact. Our activist roots remain a huge part of everything we do, from our iconic window posters to our vegetarian products to our infamous campaigns.
We like to do things a little differently around here. As an ethical beauty brand, we empower people and enrich our planet. Our mission has always been to make a positive difference in the world, and we need someone who shares this vision.
Purpose of Role
With a new global owner and CEO at the helm, exciting transformations are underway at The Body Shop. We're ready to revitalize our iconic products and unleash innovative ideas that have yet to be imagined, ensuring we're back to our very best.
In Australia, The Body Shop is undergoing a transformation as we decentralise from our legacy global platforms to locally managed platforms, unleashing our full potential. This includes migrating our ERP from SAP S/4HANA to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Migrating to Employment Hero for our Employment Operating System and to Shopify for our ecommerce platform and POS for our retail stores.
