Employment Status

Permanent, full time
Days & Hours of Work: Monday to Friday totalling 38 hours per week
Competitive Salary: Band 3 - $69,216.85p.a. + 12% superannuation
Location: Council offices in Sandringham, with the flexibility to undertake some work from home

About the Role

Reporting to the Manager Community Care you will provide assistance to the Community Care Administration Officer to achieve efficient, accurate and responsive accounts support to the Community Care Department.

Key Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:

* Processing and receipting routine invoices and matching against purchase orders for processing
* Inputting routine data into software systems and spreadsheets
* Assisting in responding to routine enquiries from creditors and office‐based staff
* Providing general administrative support to the Community Care team including data entry, scanning and record management
Mandatory pre‐employment requirements
* Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
* Provide or obtain an employment‐based Working with Children check
