We are looking for a passionate and driven Fundraising Manager to help us expand our reach, build strong relationships, and drive vital funding to support our mission.
About the Role
This is a part-time role (3 days per week), offering flexibility while being part of a dynamic and purpose-driven team. As Fundraising Manager, you will be a key driver of Expression Australia's ambitious Fundraising Plan.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage core fundraising programs, including major seasonal appeals, our bequest program, and monthly giving program.
* Develop and implement targeted fundraising initiatives to increase revenue and donor engagement.
* Build and nurture relationships with donors, corporate partners, and key community stakeholders.
* Create compelling fundraising materials and content across digital and traditional platforms to inspire support.
* Coordinate fundraising events and campaigns, ensuring their success and impact.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on fundraising performance, providing data-driven recommendations for growth.
* Manage donor databases and maintain compliance with fundraising regulations.
* Support grant applications, funded program implementation, and reporting to secure critical funding.

Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in fundraising, donor engagement, events, or business development.
* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to craft compelling donor messaging.
* Demonstrated success in building partnerships and fostering stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in managing fundraising campaigns, events, or digital giving programs.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small, high-performing team.
* Experience with grant writing and/or tender administration is highly desirable.
* A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Event Management is advantageous.
