About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to play a lead role in the transformation and implementation of Casey's Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
The OneCouncil ECM Product Lead will oversee the delivery of the Technology One Enterprise Content Management (ECM) stream within the OneCouncil Program.
You will lead collaboration and implementation activities with vendors, project team members and business stakeholders to perform design, configuration and testing of the solution.
What you'll deliver
* Lead the delivery of the ECM One Council product stream, working in collaboration with Technology One, leveraging your information management experience to perform design, configuration and UAT testing of the solution.
* Provide leadership and expert advice across all OneCouncil workstreams to ensure ECM is considered as an integrated enabler rather than a standalone component.
* Proactively identify cross stream dependencies related to ECM, ensure transparency of impacts, risks and decisions, and maintain clear communication and reporting to Program Management team.
* Coordinate and recommend effective ECM solution design decisions including Business Classification Scheme (BCS), data migration and disposal approaches in partnership with key business stakeholders and present to relevant One Council and Transformation Governance Forums.
* Lead Product Specialists and Business SMEs to perform design, configuration, and testing activities.
What you'll bring
* Prior experience in solution design and implementation of Technology One ECM CiA or equivalent.
* Prior experience in data migration from Technology One Ci to CiA or equivalent (highly desired).
* Demonstrated understanding in Records and Information Management and an understanding of Public Records Office of Victoria (PROV) standards.
* Qualification in Records and Information Management (highly regarded).
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to create an environment where staff feel involved, valued, engaged and clear on shared goals.
* Ability to performed detailed analysis and / or research requiring technical skills and independent initiative.
* Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and Eligibility to Work check.
