About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Foreman with a carpentry or glazing background to join our team. This hybrid role combines hands-on site supervision with office-based responsibilities, offering the best of both worlds. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily site operations, supervising trades and contractors.
Maintain strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards across all projects.
Liaise with the operations team for scheduling, materials, and resource planning.
Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and prestart meetings.
Assist with quoting, reporting, and office-based project administration.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Carpenter or Glazier (Cert III or equivalent).
White Card – essential.
Working at Heights and EWP licence – preferred but not essential.
IRATA (Rope Access) experience – highly regarded but not required.
Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Transparent and confident communication, with great attention to detail.
