Avionics Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Avionics Engineer to join our team. As an Avionics Engineer, you will be responsible for dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, ancillary components, accessories, and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dismantling, inspecting, testing, repairing and reassembling aircraft engines, ancillary components, accessories, and electrical systems;
* Conducting routine pre–flight checks and inspections of engines and equipment;
* Maintaining thorough records of actions taken;
* Assembling components, parts and subassemblies of aircraft engines and equipment;
* Testing, maintaining, replacing, and upgrading aircraft safety equipment.
Requirements:
* LAME's must be unrestricted and hold both A320/321 V2500 and NEO LEAP 1-A CASA licence;
* Hold a Cert IV in Aeroskills (Avionics);
* A-Check experience is highly desirable;
* Be familiar with aviation regulatory requirements and standards, particularly regarding airworthiness and maintenance control;
* Have experience working within a Safety Management System;
* Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels within a team;
* Be practical and resourceful with demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills;
* Be resourceful with a can-do attitude.
