Job Description
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric, by joining us in this highly exciting eCommerce Optimisation Specialist role based at our enviable Darra Head Office. As an eCommerce Optimisation Specialist at Pillow Talk, your primary responsibility is to drive website personalisation and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) initiatives. You'll be responsible for enhancing the user journey, driving higher conversion rates, and personalising the shopping experience to increase engagement and sales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and design, to optimise the eCommerce journey and deliver a seamless customer‑centric experience.
A Bit About You…
* 3–5 years' experience in eCommerce optimisation, CRO, or personalisation
* Knows eCommerce platforms, analytics, and website optimisation strategies inside out
* Experience with Insider and BigCommerce (or similar eCommerce technologies)
* Experienced with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, VWO, SiteSpect) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
* Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for mobile and desktop
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and can juggle multiple projects
