About The Role
Exclusive opportunity for an Electrician to join our team at our Oxley site.
* Carry out safe and effective electrical maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment to support production targets.
* Follow maintenance plans and schedules to ensure plant reliability, availability and cost‐efficient operation.
* Troubleshoot electrical faults, apply trade expertise, and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
* Record maintenance work accurately, update required systems (e.g., SAP), and participate in risk assessments and toolbox talks.
* Work collaboratively with production teams to resolve operational and safety issues.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards and uphold all WHS&E practices.
* Participate in ongoing training and assist in developing the capabilities of other maintenance team members.
What You Bring To The Role
* Proven experience as a qualified electrician within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Hands‐on experience maintaining, fault‐finding, and repairing automated or heavy manufacturing equipment.
* Experience working with maintenance plans, schedules, and structured work processes.
* Strong understanding of WHS&E practices, including hazard identification and safe working procedures.
* Experience using maintenance systems (e.g., SAP or similar) to record work and update job data.
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with production, engineering, or maintenance teams.
* Experience contributing to continuous improvement, problem‐solving, and plant reliability initiatives.
