12 Month Contract | Melbourne | Onsite
We are seeking an experienced ICT Service Lead to provide operational leadership and technical oversight across a multi-site technology environment.
This role will suit a hands-on infrastructure leader who can balance day-to-day ICT operations with governance, security, vendor management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee ICT operations and service delivery across multiple locations
* Support infrastructure upgrades, system updates and cloud initiatives
* Lead incident management, including high-priority outages and security events
* Manage ICT vendors and technology partners
* Review and maintain network architecture and security protocols
* Drive continuous improvement across systems and platforms
* Lead disaster recovery activities and operational reporting
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in an ICT Lead, Infrastructure Lead or Senior Systems role
* Strong experience across cloud and on-premise environments
* Solid networking and infrastructure knowledge
* Experience managing vendors and third-party service providers
* Strong understanding of information security and governance principles
* ITIL certification desirable
This is a 12-month contract opportunity within a stable, well structured environment.
