A seasoned payroll expert is sought after to spearhead the payroll function, ensuring precision and adherence to regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end payroll processing, oversee time/attendance management and supervise payroll staff development.
* Guarantee compliance with federal awards, enterprise bargaining agreements, fair work legislation, tax office regulations, superannuation laws and workers' compensation standards.
* Collaborate with finance, HR, rostering and operations teams to resolve complex payroll queries and provide support for workforce planning.
* Promote payroll system enhancements, automation and process improvements, delivering clear executive reports.
About You
* 8+ years of payroll experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
* Demonstrated expertise with Humanforce, Employment Hero or similar payroll systems.
* Sound knowledge of governance, regulatory compliance and intricate remuneration structures.
