Job Title: Construction Project Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and career-driven individual to join our team as a Project Support Specialist within the building and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Review and analyze construction contracts with a focus on Construction Contract Law.
* Assist with contract and specification review, including drafting responses to emails on behalf of the Project Manager (PM) and Construction Manager (CM).
* Prepare Suspension of Delay Notices and assist with adjudication processes.
* Evaluate compliance with ISO standards and safety documentation, including audits and record-keeping.
* Prepare and deliver financial reports, including 'Cost to Complete' reports for PM and CM.
* Support the preparation of tender documentation.
* Assist with Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and the development of complex Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
* Log and schedule labour for various projects.
* Provide estimating support to the PM team.
* Follow up on quotes and track progress.
Required Skills & Expertise:
* Demonstrated expertise in Construction Contract Law.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, and Word.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience with project revenue and cost analysis.
* High typing speed and attention to detail.
* Career-driven, with aspirations to advance into senior management roles.
* Financially astute with experience in profit and loss reporting and budget management.
* Previous experience managing a team.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
