Lead Team Member - Trade Centre
We are seeking an experienced and passionate team leader to join our Trade Centre team at Bunnings.

Key Responsibilities:
* Set an example of best service and support the team
* Coach the team on service behaviours and assist with training
* Organise deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched on time
* Coordinate stock, loading, and unloading products
About You:
* Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
* Open communication and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
* Ability to coach and support others, providing feedback and achieving results
* Recent experience in a customer service role, preferably in a pick and pack environment
* Eagerness to learn about new products and hold a current forklift licence (preferable)
