* Sales Strategies
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
* Collaboration with Catering Team
* Collaborate with the catering team to create customized menu proposals and event packages.
* Client Meetings and Site Visits
* Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
* Negotiations and Contract Management
* Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms are met.
* Event Coordination
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of catering events.
* Performance Analysis
* Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
* Junior Staff Training
* Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff.
* Industry Knowledge
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications
* Experience
* 3-5 years of experience in catering sales or a related field.
* Proven Track Record
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Education
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
* Certification
* Food Safety Certification (required).
* Skills
* Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
* Knowledge
* Strong knowledge of catering industry trends, food and beverage, and event planning.
