NAB is recruiting for a Branch Manager in our Bunbury branch.
* As the Banking Community Leader, you'll empower a dynamic team of Customer Advisors to embody NAB's values and make a genuine impact on the community.
You will build strong relationships with customers and business owners, partner with local businesses, and be an advocate in community initiatives to increase awareness of NAB's products and services.
The role requires leading sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience to our customers and partners.
* Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
Required Skills and Qualifications
