* Past experience with high volume of outbound or inbound calling and Australian work rights
* Salary guide $60,000 per annum Base + commission = $80,000 in the first year on target earnings
* Hawthorn, Victoria (not a work from home role)
Responsibilities
* Calling candidates and assessing their suitability for jobs
* Writing job advertisements and assessing ad response
* Telephone screening of candidates
* Assisting with the writing up on your interview notes of shortlisted candidates
* Reference checking
* Candidate resourcing and finding innovative ways to source candidates for hard‐to‐fill roles.
* Administration and database management
