Administrative Officer Role

We are seeking experienced administrative professionals to provide support in various areas of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative functions and confidential support including word processing, data entry, and filing activities.
* Support other staff with administrative tasks and assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
* Manage mail and perform procurement activities to ensure adequate resources.
* Process human resources paperwork and maintain filing systems.


Requirements:

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
