Due to growth, they are seeking a polished and motivated Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join their dynamic office in a newly created role.

The Role
* First point of contact for clients and visitors
* Answering and directing incoming calls
* Front-of-house presentation and office coordination
* General administration and sales support
* Preparing submissions and sales documentation
* Assisting with exchanges, settlements and database management
* Diary, meeting room and marketing support as required
About You
* Positive, proactive and professional
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident with computers (Excel highly regarded)
* Excellent attention to detail and follow-up
* Well-presented with a strong work ethic
* Real estate experience advantageous but not essential
