We are seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to play a key role in managing escalations and driving continuous improvement beyond the scope of our Customer Service Team. This role provides day-to-day support for a major customer account, working closely with the Strategic Account Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle high-level stakeholder escalations, conduct detailed data analysis, prepare and distribute accurate reports, and manage administrative tasks within agreed timeframes.
- Support the Strategic Account Manager by identifying systemic delivery issues and driving service improvements.
- Proactively monitor consignments and manage escalations from senior stakeholders across multiple customers.
- Coordinate new carrier onboarding, including MOVEiT data setup, readiness checks, and delivery against agreed timelines.
- Prepare, analyse, and distribute reports on weights/dimensions, UOM errors, damages, COR, and other logistics metrics.
- Manage MOVEiT data issues, ensure NCR forms and packaging/label quality cases are actioned, and resolve DG documentation gaps.
- Provide daily customer support on carrier services, rate/lead time queries, and ensure timely escalation of critical issues.
- Track new customer rollouts, validate Salesforce CS cases/DIFOT accuracy, and maintain SOP documentation.
- Provide coverage for other Logistics Coordinators and support after-hours escalations when required.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior customer service role, with strong analytics and reporting capability.
- Advanced Excel skills, including modelling and data analysis.
- Proven ability to identify performance gaps and deliver data-driven solutions to improve service outcomes.
- Experience providing diagnostic support and proactive account management.
- Solid stakeholder management skills with a track record of adapting to changing requirements.
- Ability to analyse complex business issues and make sound, practical judgments.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across all organisational levels, including executives.
