Your role as a Customer Service Officer puts you in the driver's seat of our.service delivery, giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their banking goals.
Whetheryou'reassistingcustomers with transactions, educating them about our onlineplatformsor recommending products and services that best suit their needs,you'llvalue how it feels to make a difference in people's lives.
This is a permanent, part-time positionlocated in Rushworth.
The roster is 45 hours per fortnight(Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
In this dynamic and high-impact role,you'llmake your mark by:
Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch
Keeping up with constant change.You'llsupport our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
Being the face of the branch and customer service.
Become our customer's go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigatingqueriesorassistingwith paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront

To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:
Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets
Strong attention to detail to ensure secure,accuratetransactions with a risk mindset
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
A knack for teamwork -mateshipis crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
