Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety Manager to lead the development and implementation of systems that ensure effective identification, investigation, and management of clinical incidents. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will play a vital role in fostering a culture of safety, learning, and continuous improvement in patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical governance, risk management, or quality improvement, with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. About the Role:
The Patient Safety Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, authority, and delegation to influence clinical practice changes in relation to provision of safe patient care. The position requires a high level of expertise in clinical governance, risk management, and quality improvement. You will work closely with the hospital's leadership team to ensure alignment with NSW Health policies and the district's strategic goals.

What You'll Need:
* Australian citizenship or permanent Australian residency
* Current authority to practice with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and/or relevant tertiary qualifications or such other qualifications and/or senior nursing experience deemed appropriate by the Local Health District
* Experience in clinical practice improvement, continuous quality initiatives, and implementing patient safety systems aligned with MoH policies
