About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and passionate individual who wants to kickstart their career in real estate — someone genuinely interested in property, investments, and long-term growth .
As a Property Acquisition Assistant, you'll work closely with senior Buyer's Agents, assisting with property sourcing, due diligence, client reports and coordination of the end to end property acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct suburb-level and property-level research using online tools and data sources
* Assist in identifying investment-grade properties aligned with client goals
* Prepare property reports, feasibility analyses, and property comparisons
* Support the acquisition process, including liaising with agents, property managers, and other professionals involved in the process
* Maintain and update internal property databases
* Learn and apply property investment fundamentals, negotiation, and buyer advocacy skills
What We're Looking For:
* Strong passion for real estate and property investment
* Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* Willingness to learn and grow within the business
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
* Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems
* A real estate license (or willingness to obtain within the first 6 months)
