Tamworth Hospital are looking for Registered Nurses (RN’s) to work across the multiple wards within their facility. You’ll have opportunities to rotate across a variety of departments or develop your expertise within a specialty area that aligns with your passion. You’ll be provided with supernumerary shifts to support learning of the role. Ongoing support comes from other RNs and the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM). Tamworth Hospital champions professional growth and encourages ongoing professional development.
Where You’ll Be Working
Tamworth Hospital is the principal referral hospital for the northern sector of the Hunter Current England Local Health District (HNELHD), servicing a population of over 180,000 people. It provides a wide range of services including emergency, medical, surgical, maternity, critical care, mental health, rehabilitation, and outpatient services. The hospital is a teaching facility affiliated with the University of Newcastle and offers opportunities to work alongside clinicians involved in research, education, and innovation. - To be eligible for permanent employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
