Job Responsibilities:
* Drive sales performance by understanding customer needs, analyzing local markets, and monitoring competition.
* Responsible for operational execution and continuous improvement in retail operations.
* Develop comprehensive product knowledge and share insights with customers, team members, and partners to maximize sales.
* Ensure seamless customer experience across channels and act on customer insights to exceed expectations.
* Lead and motivate team members, collaborate with partners, to maintain inspiring, organized, and well-stocked retail shops.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Possess a genuine interest in home furnishings and be curious about life at home.
* Be proactive, high-energy, and motivated to engage with customers to support them in their buying decisions.
* Skilled in understanding customer behavior, motivations, and needs, effectively applying this knowledge to find solutions and drive sales.
* Have experience leading a team of direct reports (minimum 1 year), including team development - coaching, building competence, managing performance, and creating a talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
