Your Role
Here's what you will be doing:
* Support loss adjusting activities under assigned supervisors
* Receive, triage, and allocate claims per McLarens guidelines
* Attend site meetings to document claim assessments, including minutes, photographs, videos, and surveys
* Manage contractors proactively in line with client service level agreements
* Draft reports, letters, and loss management plans to manage key stakeholders
* Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure data integrity within business systems (e.g., Vision, MC1)
* Research, analyse, and interpret complex information including legal contracts such as policy wordings and leases
* Compile and maintain data spreadsheets and reconcile invoices to monitor claim costs
* Provide excellent customer service through site visits, emails, phone, and remote meetings
* Complete desktop and on‐site investigations requiring regular travel, possibly interstate
* Assist with marketing and account management for key clients
* Undertake projects and ad hoc work as required
* Participate in training sessions, seminars, and activities as directed by your Supervisor
* Work towards achievement of your AICLA qualification during the traineeship
* Complete learning objectives outlined at the start of the program
About You
The company is looking for:
* No prior experience required; entry‐level role
* Working towards or completion of a tertiary qualification in Law, Accounting/Commerce, Engineering, or similar may be advantageous depending on product line
* Natural inquisitiveness and good problem‐solving skills

Training & Development
* 12‐month intensive traineeship program with hands‐on experience from experienced Adjusters
* Exposure to major and complex claims across various industries
