Early Childhood Educators are integral to fostering a culture of learning and development in our centres.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to create engaging programs tailored to the developmental needs and interests of young children.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Establish a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
* Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with early childhood frameworks.
* Document children's progress and development in line with relevant policies and procedures.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with families through effective communication.
* Collaborate with centre staff to ensure a harmonious and collaborative work environment.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
* Victorian Institute of Teaching: Full Registration ideal, provisional considered.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
