We require Personal Care Workers who are passionate about delivering holistic, client-focused care in line with each client's tailored care plan.
* Personal Care Workers will assist clients with daily living activities, following the Client Care Plan.
* The ideal candidate will work closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care.
* We need individuals who can identify client care needs and work collaboratively with the client's care team.
* Effective communication is key in this role, as Personal Care Workers will interact with clients, their families, and team members.
* Maintenance of accurate daily client notes and prompt reporting of any concerns are essential responsibilities.

To be successful in this position, you will need:
* Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
* Current Senior First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for elderly clients.
