The Opportunity
We're searching for an experienced broker who's driven, confident, and ready to take their career to the next level. What We're Looking For
Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as a broker (Entry-level applicants need not apply, applications received will be ignored).
Valid RG146 certificate.
In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading platforms.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
Leadership qualities, with a desire to mentor others and build a high-performing team.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities and driving growth.
The ability to operate independently while working collaboratively within the wider business strategy.
A commitment to ethical practices, professionalism, and long-term client success.
