About the role
This is a hands‐on leadership position where you'll supervise electrical crews and help deliver works safely, efficiently, and to specification.
You'll play a key role on site, leading daily activity and working closely with project leadership to keep work moving and standards high.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks, and daily safety conversations.
* Supervising electricians, apprentices, and subcontractors.
* Coordinating labour, materials, and daily work plans.
* Supporting construction, commissioning, and handover activities.
* Ensuring works meet safety, quality, and project requirements.
* Helping maintain strong communication between site teams and project leadership.
* Oversee installation of HV/LV cabling systems, Solar, BESS, or associated infrastructure.

What you'll bring
* Electrical Trade Qualification.
* Experience as a Leading Hand or Senior Electrician.
* Background in renewable energy, HV, or large infrastructure projects.
* Strong understanding of WHS and site‐based risk management.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
* Proven leadership, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
* Understanding and interoperating relevant Standards and Codes of Practice.
* Training in OH&S disciples.
* A practical, solutions‐focused approach.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
